Gooloowaa’s facilities and our professional staff have the capacity to provide options as individual as you, with flexible catering solutions to match the flexible event and conference spaces. Exclusive use of the property can be reserved with a full residential package.

“Gooloowaa” can be configured into a variety of styles. Our central location minutes from cosmopolitan Noosa, only 20 minutes from Sunshine Coast Airport or 1.5 hours from Brisbane Airport, make Eumarella Shores perfectly situated for your next boutique corporate meeting, executive retreat or special event.

CONFERENCE AND EVENT CAPABILITIES

“Gooloowaa” at Eumarella Shores provides meeting, conference and event facilities for up to 80 guests or delegates. Everything and anything is possible, from working lunches to sumptuous formal dinners, to outdoor team building programs, or themed gala dinners to intimate special events.

Our staff can tailor a package to suit your requirements and we can assist with additional audio/visual equipment or the inspiration to create an individual event.

CONFERENCE/MEETING FEATURES

The sound proof and air conditioned conference facility provides plenty of options for breakout areas, plus a media area which can also be utilised with it’s casual seating for relaxing during breaks. The conference space can be configured into theatre style for up to 70 delegates or boardroom or classroom style for up to 34 delegates.

EVENT AND MEETING CATERING

Our catering staff can tailor menus to suit your desires and budget. From morning and afternoon teas to working luncheons, plus dinner options ranging from casual gourmet BBQ’s on the deck to lavish, themed gala formal dinners. All conference and event catering feature fresh local seasonal produce designed around your needs. Please discuss your catering requirements with our staff.

Day conference venue hire - $525 with the following inclusions –

  • Daily venue/meeting room hire – 9am to 5pm
  • Boardroom style table for up to 14 delegates plus additional tables and chairs to seat a further 30 delegates if required. Extra tables and chairs can be hired if required at an additional charge.
  • All day tea, coffee, iced filtered water and sweets.
  • Conference stationary
  • Audio/audio visual facilities with surround sound
  • Wireless broadband
  • Flip chart and lectern if required


Accommodation Features –

Residential facilities consist of 10 x 4 to 4.5 star cottages and lakehouses offering a total of 20 bedrooms including 2 with private ensuites, plus 2 suites with private bathroom facilities at the 5 star Gooloowaa.  Each accommodation option enjoys outstanding lake vistas, and is fully self contained with comprehensively equipped kitchens, and themed décor featuring exclusive fabrics and original works of art, plus complimentary use of canoe or kayak for exploring Lake Weyba during leisure time.

Residential packages start from $248 including 2 nights accommodation and continental breakfast provisions.

A minimum of 6 cottages or lakehouses or 12 rooms must be reserved with a 2 night minimum stay for day conference venue hire.

Conference bonus – Conferences utilising all accommodation will receive one hour complimentary canapé and beverage service on the deck at the conclusion of the conference.

A minimum of 8 cottages or lakehouses must be reserved with a 2 night minimum stay for any private function.

Our staff can also organise the following for an additional charge

  • Hire of any additional equipment.
  • Transport to and from the airport can be coordinated.
